Located in Northwest Indiana, Gino’s Steakhouse has everything one would come to expect from an established downtown Chicago restaurant…and then some. Gino’s offers an ambiance that is soft, quite, and romantic, serving an award winning menu featuring steaks, pasta, seafood and chops to localresidents, politicians and Chicago celebrities/sports figure alike.

Rich is history, the original Gino’s opened in Harvey, IL back in 1946. Sadly, this location would be forced to close due to fire damage it incurred almost 60 years later. One of its original employees, Ethel Wells, worked at the original Gino’s as a bus girl from the young age of 18 years old. A hard worker with culinary talent, Wells eventually worked her way up to the position of head chef. Years later, she would bring all of Gino’s signature recipes to our Indiana locations, thus passing on her knowledge to our current Executive Chef, Mario Gonzales and his culinary team continue to serve those classic recipes that made Gino’s so popular, such as Gino’s Signature Filet with Roquefort Cheese, Ahi Tuna, Chicken Airline with Rigatoni Pasta and Vodka sauce, Chilean Sea Bass and a selection of dry aged
prime steaks. Our signature marinated peppers are served with every meal, and don’t forget about dessert! Our homemade Tiramisu, Chocolate Cake and Cheesecake are just some of the delicious dessert options we have to offer.
